  • lime wedges to serve

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp kecap manis (thick, sweet soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic

Method

  1. Make the sauce by placing all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until thick and glossy.

  5. Season the prawns and cook over a high heat until well coated then hold them over a seperate plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
