This Cucumber and Yoghurt Dip is simple, so easy and refreshing. No need to buy store bought again.
- 1 cup grated or finely chopped Lebanese Cucumber (seeds removed)
- 1 cup thick unsweetened Greek yoghurt
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped mint
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix all the above ingredients until well combined and put into small dipping bowl
- Sprinkle Sumac on top with a fresh sprig of mint
- Serve with toasted or warmed Pitta Breads
