Miso Dressing

Make a big batch of this before the holidays and you can use it to marinate chicken and beef, Use it over a basic coleslaw and add edamame beans and chopped coriander and sprinkle with strips of seaweed, so easy  Recipe by Melanie Eady


  • 1/2 cup rice bran oil
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • wasabi paste optional
  • salt and pepper


  1. Combine all the ingredients and using a hand blender whisk until combined.
  2. Store in a clean jar for up to 2 weeks.
