Potato Snacks – 3 Ways

Ingredients


Sesame Seed 

  • 1 potato, peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • sea salt

Chilli and Oregano

  • 1 potato, peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • sea salt

Lime and Coriander

  • 1 potato, peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • sea salt

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 190ºC.
  2. Thinly slice the potato and toss with the oil. Place the potato slices on a baking tray and sprinkle with the chosen flavour toppings.
  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes until crispy and golden.
