Russian Fudge

Speedy, fail proof russian fudge made in the microwave. Recipe by Melanie Eady


  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1/2 tin of condensed milk


  1. Put all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl, cover (I use a dinner plate) and place on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir well then put back into the microwave for 6 minutes on high. Beat until thick.
  3. Pour into a greased dish (I use a loaf tin). Mark and then cut when set.
