Gluten Free Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies

A winner GF morish  cookie and so few ingredients but it works so well. Recipe by The Breeze Radio Station


  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (pics)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (can reduce to 1/2 cup)
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC, fan bake. Line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together. Mix well.
  3. Place round teaspoon full on to tray and press out slightly. Bake for approx 10-12 mins or until golden.
