Spinach and Feta Dip

The worlds best Spinach and Feta dip and so easily frozen, easy, healthy and tasty. Recipe from Annabel Langbein.


  • 250 gm Feta
  • 2 big handfuls of spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp toasted fennel seeds (optional but recommended)
  • salt and pepper


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or place in a bowl and use a kitchen hand held whizz
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. If not using immediately cover and keep in the fridge for 4 or 5 days
  4. Freezes well
